Return Policy

By purchasing from us, you are agreeing to the following terms:

- All approved returns are refunded to store credit only .

- Damaged & Missing items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery .

-Customers are held responsible for shipping of returned items .

Returns are subject to review .We are able to process items that have been worn, washed, are missing tags ( if applicable) have any detectible odor , or have pet hair on the material.

-Shoes must be returned in original box and placed in an additional package for shipment . .Do not add tape, shipping label or any other markings to the original shoe box. 

-Final Sale items( such as clearance or sale price) are not eligible for a refund
